Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By ordering a VPS from ZeroPing VPS you agree to these Terms of Service. Orders, provisioning, and support are provided as described on zeropingvps.com. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Acceptable Use
The service is intended for forex/financial-market trading workloads (MetaTrader, cTrader, trading APIs, market data). Mining cryptocurrency, sending bulk email, hosting illegal content, attacking other networks, or reselling without a partner agreement is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Trials & Billing
Trials are time-limited and convert to paid plans unless cancelled before expiry. Paid plans bill in advance on the cycle you select. Failed payments pause provisioning and may suspend the VPS after the grace period shown at checkout.
4. SLA & Credits
Our infrastructure targets 99.95% monthly availability per operational location, measured on our public status page. If monthly availability falls below the published target, you may request a service credit of 5% of the monthly fee for each 0.1% below target, up to 100% of one month's fee.
5. Refunds
Refund windows and eligibility are described on our Refund Policy page. Setup fees, add-ons consumed, and accounts terminated for abuse are not refundable.
6. Data & Backups
You are responsible for your data. Snapshots, where offered, are a convenience and not a backup guarantee. On termination, VPS data is destroyed after a 7-day holding period, after which recovery is impossible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trading involves financial risk. ZeroPing VPS provides infrastructure only and is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or market events. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime from the dashboard at the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where lawful.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
