1. Data We Collect
Account data (name, email, billing address), payment metadata (no card numbers are stored on our servers), technical logs (IP, session, provisioning events), and support communications.
2. How We Use It
To provision and operate your VPS, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional email (invoices, incidents, security notices), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure (session, MFA). Analytics cookies, where enabled, are first-party and anonymized. You can clear cookies anytime; signing in again restores access.
4. Payment Processors
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay/PayPal). We receive payment status and a masked reference only — never full card details.
5. Data Retention
Active account data is kept while your account is open. Billing records are retained as required by tax law. Deleted VPS data is destroyed 7 days after termination.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data from the dashboard or by emailing privacy@zeropingvps.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Sessions are token-based with MFA support, passwords are scrypt-hashed, all traffic is TLS-encrypted, and admin actions are audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure; we disclose breaches without undue delay.
8. International Transfers
Your VPS location choice determines where workloads run. Corporate systems may process data in the EU/India; transfers use appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
The service is not offered to persons under 18.
